Two high profile retailers covered here, one of them a Bonkers Bargain selection, have experienced hugely different customer demands over the pandemic. Despite the considerable challenges faced by one, it still looks well placed to recover strongly, while considerable investment and innovation by the other suggests it is adapting well to the changing market.
