A distinct lack of Swiss precision
Updates covered here include those from a highly-rated creator of textile treatments, which was unfortunately unable to provide firm numbers for its trading for the year. It wasn’t alone, although several others were thankfully more forthcoming.
At a time when Apple is able to announce results for its key December quarter, and many others have been able to provide comprehensive trading updates, we find it surprising that many small-listed companies are still unable to provide the most basic of sales information. It is not as if their businesses are overly complex or that they lack the accounting resources!
