EG Solutions (EGS: AIM) is a prime example of why investors should be wary of the AIM Admission Document and pay close attention to the remuneration of Directors (refer to table at foot of article). It is also another illustration of how institutional investors clearly haven’t a clue what’s going on or, if they have, how they conveniently choose to ignore the excesses of senior management at their investee companies. After all, it’s not as if it’s their money they risk losing anyway!
