The back office optimisation software business has issued interim results for the six months ended 31 July 2015. This business (whose activities are hard for us to fathom) has always promised a great deal but not delivered. Are they now on the cusp…..we aren’t so sure and in the meantime the excessive level of CEO pay is surely insulting to minority shareholders.

The highlights suggesting that “Full Year expectations improved to break even position.” is not massively encouraging but we understand things are in transition with significant investment over the past few months.
