Walt Disney completes acquisition of 21st Century Fox

Following a fierce takeover battle with Comcast, Walt Disney won the race to buy 21st Century Fox last year and the deal has now closed. We expect big things from the merger.

The full Marvel Universe has been brought back under one roof now that Walt Disney (US: DIS) has completed its $71bn (£53.6bn) acquisition of 21st Century Fox.
