Microsoft: growth across the board
Microsoft’s (US:MSFT) revenue for the 3rd quarter ending 31 March 2021 rose 19% to $41.7billion, with net income of $15.5 billion (margin 37%) up 44% and diluted earnings per share similarly higher to $2.03.
Consensus expectations had been for revenue of $41bn and earnings per share of $1.77 so that is another massive beat for the Seattle based company.
