Clubhouse, the fast-growing voice-based social media platform, has Facebook looking over its shoulder. While Clubhouse itself is not yet listed on the stock market, the firm providing the software which makes it possible is.

Agora Inc (Nasdaq:API) is a Shanghai based firm which listed on the NASDAQ in June 2020, since when its shares are up more than 260%, although plenty of that rise came in December and January of this year…
