Hayward Tyler continues on its positive development, with two exciting announcements today. The share price of the Group found little support over the winter months, but has started on a more positive trajectory following recent reassuring trading updates

Today the specialist engineering Group has announced that it has entered into a production alliance agreement with the giant US listed FMC Technologies (NYSE:FTI) and signed the latest topside letter of intent agreement (LOI), building on Hayward Tyler’s long-standing relationship with Eureka.
