Bargain hunt – Chapter 1
With the Dow Jones index experiencing a record intra-day points fall today we sense the next few weeks could bring some interesting buying opportunities from among the micro-cap community, not to mention the biggest stock of them all. The following have experienced some bizarre moves and could offer opportunities:
Red24 (AIM:REDT) – off 14% and 22% off highs at 24.10p with 400k shares traded today (24.8.15).
With the shares up strongly over the past few months clearly the profit takers are centre stage.
The shares trade at 11x 2016 estimates, falling to 9.8x 2017 and yield approx. 2.5%.
Zero exposure to China
Quartix Holdings (AIM:QTX) – off 16% today and 20% off highs with 48,000 shares traded.…
