Housebuilder Redrow reports Boris bounce

Recent reports suggest the UK's housing market is in rude health following December's election results. According to property website Rightmove, the Boris bounce is real. Asking prices for new properties listed between 8 December and 11 January rose by 2.3%, "the biggest new-year price surge we have ever recorded [since 2002]".
