Established in 1850, William Sinclair will be well-known to keen gardeners throughout the land through its J. Arthur Bowers compost brand. Unfortunately the business has been struggling over the past few years and today’s news doesn’t look good either, pushing the shares down another 25% to new lows of 36p. So is there a good recovery story here?

The Group has announced the departure of the Chief Executive of the past 2 years and the appointment of Stuart Burgin, 52, as Chief Executive, with immediate effect initially on an interim basis.
