Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM) trading in line and technology division looks interesting

The electronics technologies group, issued a reassuring pre‐close trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2015. The Group’s expanding Technology Products division, which launched more than thirty new products last year, the majority of which were designed-in, highly customised solutions for blue-chip customers, looks very interesting.

Trading remains in line with management expectations and ahead of the equivalent period last year, with the seasonal trading pattern similar to that delivered in 2014. Further growth is expected in our Technology Products division for the second half of the year.

Consensus estimates for 2015 are currently for pre-tax profit of £4.1m and eps of 9.3p (2014: 4.3p) with a full year dividend of 2.6p.
