The Private Rental Sector (‘PRS’) and urban regeneration specialist’s results for the 6 months to 30th June 2016 reflect the significant progress made in executing their PRS strategy. Having progressed serenely over the past 18 months it’s a little disappointing that delays have been encountered in their managed and self-funded PRS activities as operations are being scaled up. However, this sort of rapid roll-out is bound to experience a few occasional ‘speed bumps’ along the way.More positively the results are accompanied by an announcement of a major funding agreement with the Homes and Communities Agency (‘HCA’), the executive public body sponsored by the Department for Communities and Local Government.
