Shares in the US focused shale oil development and production company (currently little production!) soared yesterday apparently due to a short, yet bullish, article in the Times. We arent sure if the Times correspondent has any specialist knowledge of oil development in the Denver-Julesburg Basin of Colorado but the words certainly did the trick.
