MS International is an engineering company listed on AIM which operates in three key areas, Defence, Forgings and Petrol Station Superstructures. Its varied offering appears to be working well and today this unusual group released a positive set of full year results and announced an acquisition to enhance its offering.

The Group operates in multiple geographies and although headquartered in England, it also has sites in the USA, Brazil and Poland. The ‘Defence’ branch of operations is involved in the design manufacture and service of defence equipment. ‘Forgings’ division includes the manufacture of open die forges. Within this division the Group also manufacture fork-arms for fork lift trucks in the construction, agriculture and quarrying equipment marketplaces.
