The building services company offered mixed news in its trading update ahead of the announcement of its interim results. Profit warnings that appears other than at the preferred 7.00am time slot are never appreciated by the private investor community – frankly we can’t see what difference it makes to long term holders, but whatever floats your boat!

The acquisition of contractor Purdy in July 2015 seems to be proceeding well with great things expected following the integration.
