Bah humbug! Shareholders in this woeful investment trust deserve better treatment in 2017
Full year results and recent shareholder activity at The Local Shopping REIT (LSR), compelled us to take a closer look at this underperforming investment trust. What we discovered doesn’t make pleasant reading, if you are a shareholder.
We would like to make it clear from the outset that we do not hold a position in LSR, we are simply incensed how shareholders have put up with such diabolical treatment over the years and how key providers to this company appear to have such an easy ride!
