April AIM new arrivals: resurgent AIM leaps above £100bn

While April 2019 was another poor month for new arrivals on AIM, with one solitary newcomer, the market value of the junior market still rose over £100bn in the period. Our latest blog introduces the sole genuine newcomer and other news from AIM.


At the end of April 2019 there were 904 companies on AIM, with the total market value £104bn. This compares with 904 companies at the end of March 2019 when AIM’s market value was £97.6bn. Excluding readmissions and reverse takeovers, there was 1 new arrival and 1 departure in April.
