February proved to be another quiet month for new arrivals on AIM with only three newcomers, but all of these have seen their shares rise strongly since IPO. There were also two significant departures, both of which succumbed to takeovers. Our regular update here covers all the newcomers to AIM in February 2021.


London’s AIM market value hit another new month-end all-time high at the end of February, and continued to outperform the UK main market, but only just! 


At the end of February 2021 there were 816 companies on AIM, with the total market value £134.4 billion, another record period end value. This compares to 816 companies at the end of January 2021 when AIM’s market value was £131.9 billion. There were 3 genuine new arrivals in the…
