Advanced Power Components (APC:AIM) – more great contract wins from major UK retailer

The specialist distributor of electronic components and a provider of technologies developed to reduce energy consumption has announced that its subsidiary, Minimise Limited, has received a further order from a major UK retailer (stated as Morrisons in an article in April’s Grocery Trader magazine) valued at up to £2.8 million, for the supply of energy efficient LED lights.

This contract is in addition to previously announced contracts, totalling £6.1m, and extends the planned delivery schedule to this customer into APC’s new financial year commencing 1 September 2013, although the timing of deliveries between this financial year and next has yet to be determined.

Minimise has also announced orders from a major UK transport infrastructure company for energy efficient LED lighting and for remote monitoring systems.
