Nice results but when will the cash start flowing to shareholders?

The luxury interior furnishings Group reported positive interim results for the period ending 31st July 2015 with a near 20% uplift in earnings and seemingly plenty more to go for as the recent investment starts to deliver. This business has many attractions, and the shares have performed strongly over the past few years, but margins are surprisingly slim and free cash flow has yet to flow through; perhaps we are on the cusp?
