The customer engagement software specialists demonstrated prodigious cash generation with their results, supported by delightful amounts of recurring revenue. With the Eckoh acquisition off the table we look forward to see how they can put their cash to good use.

Netcall’s software product suite provides end-to-end customer engagement solutions, incorporating multi-channel contact centre, workforce optimisation, business process management and case management. Netcall’s customer base contains over 700 organisations in both the private and public sectors. These include two thirds of the NHS Acute Health Trusts, major telecoms operators such as BT and leading organisations including Interflora, Lloyds Banking Group, Cineworld, Axa, and British Sugar.
