Joint venture and sell down for cash supports the strategy

The global leader in the tidal power sector, has announced the forming of a joint venture partnership with the DP Energy group, a leading renewable energy development business, to develop a multi-turbine array at the FORCE facility in Nova Scotia, Canada. This represents the first small sell down of Atlantis assets for cash, of which we foresee more in the future notably following the acquisition of Marine Current Turbines which added extensive seabed rights and existing projects to the Group portfolio
