Having issued encouraging results at the beginning of June, the former National Grid subsidiary has announced the award of a substantial contract that should bring great joy to whisky drinkers. The turnaround continues to look promising although we sense the balance sheet could do with a top up of equity!  

The Group has been awarded a £3.95m project to install a 13 kilometre pipeline to link Scotland’s main gas network to the Speyside distilleries, Tamdhu, Dalmunach, Cardhu and Knockando. The new pipeline will deliver approximately 4,700 cubic metres of gas every hour to the four major Scottish distilleries.
