Flying Nodes - the future of deep water Ocean Bottom Seismic

The marine geophysical Group has issued an update on the amazing Flying Node system developed by its Autonomous Robotics subsidiary which is being presented at this week’s Society for Exploration Geophysics (SEG) conference in New Orleans. For the first time the Group’s Autonomous Robotics division will be unveiling a full scale model of the node and an animation of the system operation at SEG. With shares in Thalassa still trading at close to the Group’s net cash, this brilliant innovative technology could currently be considered as being in for nothing!
