Shares in Elegant Hotels Group, the owner and operator of five upscale, freehold beachfront hotels and a beachfront restaurant on Barbados, commenced trading on AIM today. At Admission, Elegant Hotels will have a market capitalisation of approximately £88.8m.
The Company’s portfolio consists of five luxury hotels, making up almost 25% of the quality leisure tourist room stock in Barbados, and a beachfront restaurant. The hotels consist of 333 suites and 150 rooms situated along the west and south Barbados coastlines.
