Atlantis - transformational deal adds power plant and other renewables projects
Atlantis Resources has agreed to acquire SIMEC Uskmouth Power Station which is to be converted to use an end-of-waste energy pellet as fuel. This is a transformational deal for Atlantis and is anticipated to be the first of a number of acquisitions from the GFG Alliance that will transform Atlantis into a diversified renewable energy company of significant scale.
