Why I’m buying: AB Dynamics
Investors clearly expect a lot from AB Dynamics after 10 consecutive years of expectation-beating revenue growth. That might help explain why the share price fell sharply this week, despite a fantastic set of numbers.
An 11% share price fall in the two days following the announcement of a near flawless set of annual results seems harsh. But such is the price of perfection. Investors rightly expect a lot from AB Dynamics (LON: ABDP) after ten consecutive years of record-beating revenues. Results in the year to August 2019 upheld the trend. Revenues rose 56% to £58m, 99% of which was organic growth, with adjusted operating profit (calculated after stripping out acquisition-related charges) up 58% to £13.5m.
