An AIM quoted provider of super-fast broadband services covered here has already returned substantial sums to shareholders and looks excellent value on many levels. However, we question whether shareholders can also benefit from the valuable Inheritance Tax reliefs by holding its shares.
Beeks: is an equity raise on the horizon? The connectivity provider for financial markets, Beeks Financial Cloud (AIM: BKS), announced strong growth in revenue in its interim results. For the six months ending 31 December 2021 revenues rose 46% to £7.72m, with annualised ‘Committed Monthly Recurring Revenue’ up to £17.7m by the end of February 2022, offering plenty of visibility. However, underlying profit before tax fell 18% to £0.45m following increased investment into the business, while the statutory position was a loss of £266k.
