Warpaint: recovery continues, but what about margins? Warpaint London (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands issued a positive update for the year ending 31 December 2021, marginally ahead of previous guidance. Revenue of £50m is just ahead of the £49m achieved in 2019 with adjusted pre-tax profit of £6.6m, also ahead of £5.2m generated in 2019. Period end cash was £4.1m, below the £6.7m at 30 June interim stage. It remains to be seen if Warpaint will be able deliver the c20% operating margins it achieved in 2017 and 2016,…
