Torotrak wins Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders Award
Great news for the automotive innovator as it wins the 2014 Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (‘SMMT’) Award for Automotive Innovation, for its Flybrid KERs system

The award, supported by GKN and The Times, recognises UK-developed automotive technologies that have ‘the potential to leave a lasting impression on the whole automotive industry for years to come.’
Torotrak’s product was shortlisted for the award in October 2014, alongside other low carbon technologies, including the new Jaguar Landrover Ingenium engine family.
The group has terrific technology it’s just very frustrating how long it is taking to commercialise
Anyway, the news should give the share price a boost!
