Horrible update from Mission Group Having reassured investors less than a month ago that it was “on track to meet full-year guidance”, communications agency The Mission Group (AIM:TMG), opened the week with a big profit warning. Recent trading has rapidly become more challenging than previously anticipated, with “headline profit” (that’s adjusted profit in normal speak) now not expected to be more than £3.1m. Less than one month earlier, management had suggested that profit was expected to be "more than £7.8m", so that’s a huge difference. However, that’s not the worst of it! Net debt at 20 October 2023 has ballooned…
