SIMEC Atlantis - huge deal to acquire hydro-electric assets

SIMEC Atlantis Energy (AIM:SAE), has conditionally agreed to acquire SIMEC Green Highland Renewables from the SIMEC group, part of the GFG Alliance. The proposed acquisition brings a portfolio of operational, cash generating, hydro-electric assets benefitting from long-term renewable energy support.
