Launch of self-funded PRS portfolio ahead of plan

The residential and urban regeneration specialist, with its principal focus on the Private Rented Sector ("PRS"), has announced the launch of the first phase of a self-funded portfolio of at least 225 new rental homes with a total development cost of approximately £25m. This was previously expected in the first quarter of 2016 so they are ahead of plan.
