Sigma Capital: first PRS development in ScotlandSigma Capital Group (LON:SGM), the PRS, residential development and urban regeneration specialist, has announced the commencement of its first PRS development in Scotland with AIM listed Springfield Properties (LON:SPR) as Strategic Delivery Partner.
