Watkin Jones: in good health Watkin Jones (AIM:WJG), the leading developer and manager of residential for rent homes, with notable expertise in student accommodation, issued a positive trading update for its financial year ending 30 September 2021. While forecast revenue of £430m is slightly below expectations, a stronger gross margin, reflecting the timing of land sales either side of the year end, means that operating profit is anticipated to be in line with expectations.
