Belvoir: positive resultsBelvoir Group (LON: BLV), the UK's largest property franchise group, announced decent results for the six months ended 30 June 2020. Revenue rose 8% to £9.8m of which 2% was organic and 6% relating to the acquisition of Lovelle network. Profit before tax increased 17% to £3.16m as operating costs were reduced and basic earnings per share rose 16% to 7.3p.The dividend has been reinstated with a proposed 3.4p interim dividend, the same as the prior year, and an additional 2.0p per share as partial compensation for the suspension of the final 2019 dividend.
