Polarean Imaging (AIM: POLX), a developer of medical imaging technology in advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging ("MRI") of lung function, encouraged with its full year trading update, although progress has been slow. Polarean was one of our earlier Stonking Small Cap opportunities, but growth was not as anticipated and we became fearful of the cash burn.
