EasyJet relaunches package holidays The collapse of Thomas Cook earlier this year has opened the door for fellow travel operators to expand. EasyJet (LON: EZJ) has re-opened its package holiday business to fill a gap in demand in an industry which is estimated to be worth roughly £61bn a year.
