Another AIM company succumbs to a take-over
Another rapidly growing AIM company is snapped up by an overseas buyer; we suspect others are likely to follow.
Byotrol: positive resultsByotrol (LON: BYOT), the specialist infection prevention and control company, announced excellent results for the six months ending 30 September 2020. Sales trebled to £6.7m and the operating profit increased to c. £1.0m, compared to an operating loss of £0.5m in the comparable period. The net operating cash inflow was only £558k after more significant investment in inventory, with net cash and cash equivalents of £1.7m at the period end.
