Alternative Networks (AIM:AN.) – pleasing interims from another AIM blue chip
The AIM quoted provider of IT managed services and independent business-to-business communications (and one of our IHT favourites) has reported the usual set of strong interims for the six months ended 31 March 2015.
Growth was reported at all levels with total group revenues up 17% to £74.0m with organic revenues, excluding the contributions of the businesses acquired in 2014, up 7%. Mobile and Advanced Solutions grew revenues respectively by 9% underlying and by 52% on a reported basis and the businesses acquired in January 2014, Intercept IT and ControlCircle, have been fully integrated into the Group. Adjusted operating profits were £9.0m, up 21% compared with the first six months of the previous year.
