Parsley Box: growing fast, but not as fast as previously A trading update from Parsley Box (LON:MEAL), the rapidly growing direct to consumer provider of ready meals (modern day meals on wheels), revealed that it expects to report a 26% increase in revenue for the first half to 30 June 2021, to over £14m. Given the tough comparatives against the prior period, which covered the height of the first lockdown, that seems quite encouraging.
