1,000th rental home from this PRS specialist – just what the Government ordered!

The private rented sector specialist has announced the completion and letting of its 1,000th rental home. This a huge achievement from this small Group and makes it probably the largest single deliverer of PRS properties in the UK, where total PRS delivery over that period has been approximately 4,500 homes. Up to now valuation has been tricky but with the Group now starting to benefit from a nice long term rental income stream from its own property portfolio, not to mention development and ongoing management fees, it is all becoming much clearer. This small group appears to have a very bright future!
