Over the last month, the outlook for UK dividend stocks has worsened considerably. In our review at the start of March, only a handful of FTSE 350 companies had cut their payouts. But dividend suspensions have now become a widespread precaution, even among financially-sound businesses. Banks and insurers have also come under regulatory pressure to suspend their payouts, leading to further cuts.


During the last fortnight, we've made some changes to our Income Boosters portfolio that we hope will improve the outlook for 2020 and beyond. In this piece we'll review the outlook for income from this portfolio this year and look at the latest news from some of our companies.
